Cancellation Policy

At Shear Point, every appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to respect both my time and the time of other guests, I kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made with adequate notice. • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled services. • No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Cancellation fees must be paid before booking future appointments. I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. If something unavoidable happens, please reach out as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate.
